Policies

Our goal is to make your stay as pleasant an experience as possible, and to that end we have established the following policies:

Room rate
Our room rates are for single or double occupancy. We are able to accommodate a third person in our Garden Suite (twin-size roll-away bed); the charge for a third person is $30/night.  Children 12 years and older are welcome.  Sorry, no pets.  Rates include a gourmet breakfast and afternoon refreshments. State and county occupancy taxes are not included.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Cancellations
Because of our limited number of guest rooms, cancellations affect us significantly. If your plans change and you need to cancel your reservation, please call or email us immediately. There is a $25 processing fee for all cancellations.
No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged for the entire stay. Early departures will be responsible for the entire reserved stay unless we can re-rent the room. Reservation and cancellation policies also apply to gift certificates.

Check-In
Check-in is from 4 to 7 pm. With prior notice, special arrangements can be made for later arrivals.

Check-Out
Check-out is at 11 am.
